About Airlink
Aviators building the runway for the next generation.
Airlink Aviation & General Consultants Ltd was founded to close the gap between aspiring African pilots and the equipment they need to fly.
Vision
An African aviation industry where qualified pilots, engineers and dispatchers are no longer rate-limited by access to equipment — and where every motivated student can sit in a cockpit.
Mission
To make aviation a standard achievable by all by financing, leasing and maintaining training aircraft, and by placing professional-grade simulators in schools across Kenya and Africa.
Leadership
Flown by people who've flown.

Director
Captain Patrick Mwangi
A career commercial pilot and aviation entrepreneur, Captain Patrick founded Airlink to solve a problem he had watched young Kenyan pilots struggle with for years: not the will to fly, but the access to airframes and hours. He oversees fleet strategy, training partnerships and the S4S simulator program.
"If we can put a simulator in every secondary school in Kenya, we change who gets to be a pilot in the next decade."
Safety, always
We operate as if the regulator is in the back seat — because the standard exists for a reason.
Open access
Aviation belongs to everyone willing to study. We design programs so background isn't a barrier.
Operate, don't sell
We profit from running aircraft well, not from churn. Long-term partnerships only.
